Our Melyn Close redevelopment was the first project that we partnered with with RLH. From feasibility and concept stage and early in the planning process, through construction phase, the level of service has been second to none and their approach to dealing with any issues that arise, has led to the development of an excellent working relationship.

Matt and Nick worked tirelessly to ensure all the necessary requirements were met and supported us through the new Welsh Government Technical Scrutiny Process.

RLH were an absolute pleasure to work with and a breath of fresh air with regards to their design style and superb integration into a team of consultants, to deliver a fantastic end result.

They are also able to marry the aesthetic and the efficient – what they design doesn’t just look good… it works!  Since we lived elsewhere at the time, we asked them to manage the project from A-Z and they did an excellent job, from getting planning permission, to organising the builders (excellent choice of builders), to seeing the project through to Building Controls acceptance.
