A mixed residential development in the heart of Guildford, this project consists of four semi-detached houses and two blocks of five apartments. The houses have been constructed in a highly insulated timber frame, with super efficient gas boilers and mechanical ventilation to produce much needed ‘low carbon’ homes to a buoyant local market.
The apartments have been constructed in masonry, with concrete plank floors and a steel frame to create large two bedroom homes to the ground and first floor whilst offering vast open plan penthouse apartments to the upper floor of each block, with views across Guildford to the Cathedral and beyond.
