RLH were delighted to be were appointed by local builder Fletcher & Son Ltd to gain planning permission on an allocated site in Fishguard. The small, overgrown paddock opposite the old doctors surgery is a prime town centre location, hence the brief was to maximise the opportunity whilst providing a well proportioned layout with a mix of houses and bungalows that fitted the local vernacular.
The dwellings are of masonry construction with high levels of insulation and air tightness. They have the latest high efficiency gas boilers coupled with a photo voltaic array on the roofs to maximise their low energy potential.
