This strikingly contemporary development has been commissioned by a Housing Association to provide high quality, low cost homes for the local rental market in rural West Wales.
The houses have been designed to be Low carbon and have achieved Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 certification. The heating and hot water for the properties is supplied via an Air Source Heat Pump, and this low carbon technology is backed up by high levels of insulation and increased air tightness, providing very low running costs for the residents.
